I am not able to log in to Chargebee app using the Edge browser

Problem Statement

This article explains which browser versions Chargebee supports and why login can fail on older Edge or other browsers.

Solution

Chargebee requires up-to-date browsers for security and full functionality. Older versions may block login or some features. Supported desktop browser versions:

Older Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer do not fully support CSP (Content Security Policy) used by Chargebee, which can cause login or security issues. Update Windows to get the latest Edge, or use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. If you use Compatibility view, watch for unsupported-browser messages and update the browser.
