1. Browser: The plugin works only in Google Chrome. It does not work in other browsers.

2. Plugin version: Use the latest version of the plugin (e.g. 0.0.17 or newer). To check your version: Settings → Extensions → Chargebee Payment Reconciliation Plugin. If you have an older version, update or contact Chargebee Support.

3. Clearing account type: In Xero or QuickBooks Online, the clearing account where synced payments are recorded must be of type Bank. Any other account type will prevent the reconciliation flow from working.

4. Where to run reconciliation: Run reconciliation on the banking (bank accounts) page in QuickBooks or Xero. The plugin is designed to run there.
