Xero app show error: The chart of account mapping for the plan/addon is not configured‌

Problem Statement

Invoices fail to sync with "The chart of account mapping for the plan/addon is not configured" because plans or addons are missing the required accounting code.

Solution

The Accounting code is required for each plan and addon so items and invoices can sync. It must match the account code from your Xero chart of accounts.

Steps to Set It Up

  1. Go to Plan (or Addon) > choose the price point > Edit.
  2. Set Accounting code to the exact code of the revenue account in Xero (same for addons).
  1. If you do not see the Accounting code field, enable it under Settings > Configure Chargebee > Billing LogIQ as shown below.
  1. Save and run sync again; items and invoices should sync.
