How to display additional addons on the checkout page?

Problem Statement

You created an add-on but it does not appear on checkout. You want to show optional or recommended add-ons when a plan is selected.

Solution

Chargebee can show add-ons on checkout when a plan is selected. Configure them as Mandatory or Recommended at the plan level. See managing add-ons.

Steps to Set It Up

  1. Go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Checkout & Self-Serve portal.
  2. Enable Show recommended addons in Checkout.
