Unable to delete an addon/charge in Latest Product Catalog

Related Scenarios

Problem Statement

An addon or charge can only be deleted when:

  • It has no price points defined
  • It is not a shippable addon

Even if price points are archived, the addon cannot be deleted.

Solution

  • Once deleted, the addon is completely removed from Chargebee and no longer appears in the addon list.
  • Once deleted, the addon name and ID can be reused.
