Adding product entitlement for a feature

Problem Statement

This article explains how to add product entitlements for a feature in Chargebee so you can define the feature's availability and entitlement levels across plans, addons, and charges.

Solution

You can add or update product catalog items (plans, addons, and charges) for a feature and assign entitlement levels to them.

Note

Use bulk operations to import item entitlements in Chargebee.

Steps to Set It Up

  1. On the Features list page, locate the feature and click the feature name to open its details.

  1. On the feature details page, click Add entitlements.

  1. Click the + icon, then add the plans, addons, or charges that should unlock this feature.
    • You can add one or more catalog items using the + icon.
    • Click Add to include all selected plans, addons, and charges.

  1. Select the entitlement level value for each product catalog item.

  1. Click Add to save changes.
  2. Review the updated entitlements on the feature details page.
