Adding product entitlement for a feature - Entitlement Management

This article explains how to add product entitlements for a feature in Chargebee. Product entitlements allow you to define a feature’s availability and entitlement levels across plans, addons, and charges.

You can add or update product catalog items (plans, addons, and charges) for a feature and assign entitlement levels to them.

Note:

Use bulk operations to import item entitlements in Chargebee.

Steps for setup

  1. On the Features list page, locate the feature for which you want to assign product entitlements, and click the feature name to open its details.
  1. On the feature details page, click Add entitlements.
  1. Click the + icon, then add the specific plans, addons, or charges that should unlock this feature for your customers.
  • You can add one or more catalog items using the + icon.
  • Click Add to include all selected plans, addons, and charges.
  1. Select the entitlement level value you want to offer for each product catalog item.
  1. Click Add to save changes.
  2. Review the updated entitlements on the feature details page.
