Multi Business Entity Salesforce

Overview

If you're using Chargebee Billing with the multi-business entity (MBE) feature enabled, you can connect your sites and business entities with Salesforce to enhance data synchronization and business operations. Depending on your requirements, you can establish connections at either the site level or the individual business entity level. With the MBE feature, you can manage multiple business entities within a single Chargebee site while maintaining seamless integration with Salesforce CRM. This capability allows better organization and mapping of your business entities in Salesforce, catering to businesses with diverse tax and regional requirements.

  • Site-Level Connection: Multiple business entities can be linked to Salesforce simultaneously at the site level, sharing a common configuration.

  • Entity-Level Connection: Each business entity can be connected to Salesforce independently, allowing for unique configurations per business entity.

Note:

If a connection is already established at the site level, entity-level connections will not be available.

To set up the integration and configure connections, follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the Chargebee-Salesforce integration guide.
