Solution

Read Chargebee's documentation and Zapier's documentation for setup and the list of triggers and actions. Zapier uses a "Trigger" to "Action" mechanism; Chargebee uses webhooks for triggers and APIs for actions. You need admin access in Chargebee to use API and webhook settings for Zapier.
