Is it possible to change the order in which the payment methods are displayed in checkout?

You want to know if it is possible to to change the order in which the payment methods are displayed in checkout.

Solution

This applies to the in-app layout of the checkout.

Summary

When customers need to input their payment information to complete the checkout, the default payment method displayed will be Card, followed by the other payment options that are enabled.

You can display any other payment method by default.

Solution

To reorder the payment methods listed, please reach out to our Support team through support. These changes cannot be done through the Chargebee admin console settings.

When reaching out to us, please specify the order in which you want the payment methods to be listed out.

These changes can only be requested by the site Owner or Admin(s).
