Solution

Chargebee supports consent management for processing customer data. You can require customers to check a consent box before completing checkout and link to your Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Steps to Set It Up

1. Go to Configure Chargebee > Checkout & Self-serve Portal > Checkout > Show Legal information > Customize
2. Add links to your Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
3. Enable Show checkbox to get consent so customers must check the box to proceed
4. Optionally customize the labels for "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy policy"
5. Click Apply
