How to download the language pack for Chargebee

Problem Statement

You need to download the language pack to translate email notifications, checkout pages, and invoices for your customers.

Solution

The language pack stores translations for each language you use. Chargebee provides out-of-the-box translations for French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. For other languages, contact Chargebee support to add the language to Available Languages.

Configuration steps

1. Go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Languages.
2. Add the language to Active Languages:
   • Default languages: Choose from Available Languages, click Add, then Enable Draft.
   • Other languages: Contact support to add the language, then click Add and Enable Draft.
3. Click Download Language pack.
4. Chargebee sends an email with the download link. The file is in .zip format.
