Coupon not reflecting in the unbilled charges

Problem Statement

A coupon is applied to a subscription but does not appear in the unbilled charges until the invoice is generated.

Solution

When a coupon is applied and invoicing is not generated immediately (taken to unbilled charge), the discount will not be shown in the unbilled charge until the invoice is generated. This is expected behavior.

The Total unbilled charges does not include the discount until the invoice is generated.

When the invoice is previewed or generated, the coupon will be applied to it.
