How to add a coupon for a specific currency or items?

Summary

In order to update the list of plans that the coupon is applicable to, navigate to the Coupon details page and select the applicable Plans, Addons & Charges.

If you want to assign coupons to specific Plans, Addons & Charges navigate to Coupon Index Page > Coupon details page > Discount Details and select any one of the below options.

a. All Plans/Addons/Charges

b. No Plans/Addons/Charges

c. Specific Plans/Addons/Charges

**Coupons by Product Family, Currency & Billing Frequency If you want to assign coupons specific to Product Family, Currency (and) (or) Billing Frequency, then navigate to Coupon Index Page > Coupon details page > Discount Details > Based on selected Criteria and select the respective Product Family, Currency, Billing Frequency.

Coupons by Plans, Addons & Charges

To update applicable Plans, Addons & Charges follow the below steps

Open the coupon and click 'Change' next to the item.

When a coupon is created for Each Specified Item, the discount amount specified is applied individually to each item specified. You can select the applicable item(s) for the discount from the following options.

1. Applicable Plans

a. All Plans

b. No Plans

c. Specific Plans

d. Based on selected criteria

2. Applicable Addons

a. All Addons

b. No Addons

c. Specific Addons

d. Based on selected criteria

3. Applicable Charges

a. All Charges

b. No Charges

c. Specific Charges**

d. Based on selected criteria

**Coupons by Product Family, Currency & Billing Frequency To choose coupons specific to Product Family, Currency & Billing Frequency select Based on selected criteria and click 'Proceed'.

• You can also choose the list by specific Product Family, Currency & Billing Frequency. The below pop-up appears to choose the option from Step 1 to Step 6 and click 'Apply Filter'.

You can create a combination of your choice and select the plans to apply the coupon on.
