How to unarchive a coupon that was accidentally archived?

Problem Statement

I archived a coupon and want to restore it to active status.

When you delete a redeemed coupon, it becomes archived. It remains in the coupon list but cannot be used for new subscriptions. The same rules apply to coupon codes.

Solution

Configuration Steps

1. Filter archived coupons

Go to Product Catalog > Coupons. Apply the filter Status is Archived.

2. Unarchive the coupon

Open the archived coupon. In the side action panel, click Unarchive coupon to restore it to active.

Important Notes

If you do not see the Unarchive option, your user role may not have permission. Contact your Admin or Owner.
