I am unable to find the invoice name field while creating the plan.

Scope

Missing Plan Invoice Name field in the create a plan page in PC 2.0

Summary

In PC 1.0 the Invoice Name field available on the 'Create a New Plan' page is renamed as External Name in PC 2.0 which would be available on the 'Edit Price Point' page. This will be used in invoices, quotes, Checkout, and Self-Serve Portal. If you don't set the invoice Name/External Name, the plan name is used for it.

Solution:

In PC 2.0, you will two sections for External Name:

  1. Create a New Plan/Edit Plan page

  2. Create a Price Point/Edit Price Point page

Create a New Plan/Edit Plan page:

This field is exclusive to the Self-Serve Portal. You will find this field while creating a new plan or while editing a plan.

Create a Price Point/Edit Price Point page:

This field is available while creating a new price point or while editing a price point. This will be used in invoices, quotes, Checkout, and Self-Serve Portal.
