Problem Statement

How can I disallow payments using prepaid cards via Stripe?

Solution

Chargebee lets you disable prepaid cards. Turn off the Prepaid Cards toggle in your Stripe gateway settings.

Steps to Set It Up

  1. Go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Payment Gateways > Stripe
  2. Under Cards, click Manage
  3. Disable the Prepaid Cards toggle
