The customer "created" date in Stripe differs from Chargebee. Existing customers may appear as new in Stripe after updating their card.
In Chargebee, "Created on" is when the customer signed up for the subscription. In Stripe, the "Created" date for a customer is when the current payment source was created.
When a customer deletes their existing card and adds a new one, Stripe creates a new payment source. Stripe's "Created" date then reflects when that new source was added, not the original signup date. Chargebee keeps the original subscription and customer timeline.

Stripe Dashboard > Customers
This happens when the primary card is deleted in Stripe and replaced with new card details, rather than updating the existing card.
