How to let my customer select a different plan during reactivation from the portal?

Problem Statement

During reactivation from the portal, customers can only reactivate the previously canceled plan, not choose a different one.

Solution

Plan changes are not allowed at reactivation in the portal because of proration, outstanding payments, and other dependencies. The customer must reactivate the same plan first, then change the plan afterward if needed.

To reactivate with a different plan, use the Reactivate a subscription API.
