What is Net Cash Flow / Gross Cash Flow Payments in Revenue Story?

Net cash flow is now called as Net Payments Total value of successful payments excluding successful refunds.

Net cashflow is the net of gross cash flow and refunds during a specific period whereas Gross cashflow is the total value of payments received against recurring and non-recurring invoices during a specific period.

Interpretation

Net cash flow is the difference between total cash inflows and outflows over a given time period.

Gross cashflow or Total Payments

Gross Cash Flow is now called Total Payments

The sum of recurring and non-recurring payments received during a specific period. Only successful transactions are included. i.e. The total value of successful payments.

Gross Cashflow or Total Payments = Total of successful payments received during the period.

Interpretation

The sum of your recurring and non-recurring cash flows for a specific period. A decrease could be because of lower revenue or inefficient collections mechanisms. Look at this in conjunction with your total revenue and outstanding receivables for the period.
