Sometimes, merchants may reach out to Support to find a way to download all e-invoices in bulk instead of manually downloading them one by one. The invoices currently generated do not automatically include the e-invoice QR code and IRN (Invoice Reference Number) required by government GST regulations.
As per Indian GST rules, businesses with a turnover above ₹5 crores must generate e-invoices with a QR code and IRN for compliance.
At the moment, bulk downloading of e-invoices is not currently possible. This is because we don’t store e-invoices directly; instead, we generate a hyperlink from our provider. As a result, the only available option at the moment is to download them manually. We would need to make the merchant understand how Chargebee handles and stores e-invoices.
