The Merchant of Record (MoR) is an authorized financial entity that is held liable and responsible for processing the consumer's credit card and debit card transactions. Chargebee supports Reach as a Merchant of Record (MoR) solution.
This is handled by the gateway like Braintree/Stripe/Adyen etc. We request you to contact your gateway since Chargebee is only an intermediate between your web-app and your payment gateway.
I.e. When your customers subscribe for service by entering their card information on the checkout page, this information is directed to the gateway.
