Subscription link is not working 

Summary 

The users in Salesforce are not able to access the “View in Chargebee” link as it throws permission error.

This happens when the permissions sets are not properly configured in Salesforce for the users.

Solution 

We have the permission set in Salesforce “chargebeeapps.RedirectToChargebee” that needs to be enabled for the link to work.

Steps to enable this setting 

  • On your Salesforce Account

  • Navigate to Home Page (not Chargebee for Salesforce)

  • Search for Permission Sets

  • In this page, open ChargebeeForStandardUsers permission set if it is for sales or other users

  • Open ChargebeeForSalesforceAdminUser if it is for admin level users

  • Under this page, open Visualforce Page Access

  • Enable “chargebeeapps.RedirectToChargebee” in the Visualforce Page Access page and save
