Understanding Lock Dates in Xero
Issue Overview
The invoice was issued on March 1st, and the period closed on April 30th. The invoice was voided on May 29th and synced on May 30th. Syncing the voided invoice on May 30th reduced the past sales figure for the April closing period. Ideally, voiding the invoice in Chargebee should not update Xero.
Invoice issue date: 1st March
Period close: 30th April
Invoice voided date: 29th May
